1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotional offers.
Innerwear, accessories, or customized products (if applicable).
Any item marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for size issues, damaged items, or wrong product delivered.
Exchange is subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, you may opt for a store credit or refund (as per brand policy).
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Order ID
Reason for return/exchange
Clear photos of the product (in case of damage or defect)
Once approved, pickup instructions will be shared.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed after quality inspection of the returned item.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, within 5–7 working days after approval.
Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery for priority resolution.
