At Comforts, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoice intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotional offers.

  • Innerwear, accessories, or customized products (if applicable).

  • Any item marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues, damaged items, or wrong product delivered.

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, you may opt for a store credit or refund (as per brand policy).

4. Return Process

  • To initiate a return or exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return/exchange

    • Clear photos of the product (in case of damage or defect)

  • Once approved, pickup instructions will be shared.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after quality inspection of the returned item.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, within 5–7 working days after approval.

  • Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery for priority resolution.
